Request that a conference be recorded and broadcast
If you wish to record and broadcast a conference, you must do the following:
- Request the approval of the lecturer IN WRITING.
- Notify the LCAC of the date and time of the conference and its approximate length at least 24 hours in advance, so that the material can be prepared and cheked.
- If someone in the audience does not wish to appear in the audience camera broadcast, recording is suspended.
